A year in the life of Arya

Every year I work with a few special babies.  I visit them every month around the same time and capture their changes!  It's especially fun to look back at the end of the year and see how much they've grown!  Meet Arya: my life is richer for having met her and her amazing family!

The Janex Clan, Episode Three

It's Ryan.  The youngest member of the Janex family.  Yup, the last of three kids, three years in a row.  Meeting the Janex family impacted my life in a big way!  Suddenly, I had a pool of baby sitters to choose from and a whole family of new friends. The summer after Brianne graduated from high school she came to work for me and was almost solely responsible for the design of my current website, she then went on to study web design at college (I think its time she come back and give my website a face lift!).  Baillie's a busy woman with her career now but I can get still her in to occaisonally watch my sprogs! There is so much to appreciate about this family and their values....I'm really just sad that they've run out of graduating children!  Thanks for inviting me along.  H    

Baby Malynn

Welcome Baby Malynn.  She was pure perfect beauty, only made prettier by the addition of her breathtaking mother. 

The Bulmer Family (and all their families...!)

Best moment during this shoot?  When grandpa got teary-eyed looking over his clan and contemplating how lucky he is!  The most mind blowing post-shoot experience..? when this family tried to find ways to head south for the winter 3 months early so MY family (who was struggling to find a house to rent while our new one was being built) could move into theirs!  Sounds CRAZY but move to Saskatoon and after awhile, you'll just see, that's how people are out here!

 

This family (in sooooo many ways) is simply amazing!

Miss Alexandra is a ham!  A pure sweet joyous ham...with a monkey!...and a bumble bee suit!  Perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon...dontcha think?
