Busy Girl and Bad Email!!!!!

Okay so I've been off the blog for a bit but it's not because I haven't been shooting, au contraire....! In fact, I haven't had a spare second to blog between fall/winter engagement shoots, getting fall wedding proofs out, pre Christmas orders and albums orders ...well...it's been a bit crazy. I'll blog soon with some amazing stuff we captured and some beautiful people who have captured by heart.

In the meantime, I wanted to make anyone trying to contact me through email aware that we have been having extreme issues with our email systems and I have discovered that there are dozens of emails that have been sent that I have not received. Please, if you have sent me an email and are unsure if I have received it, please call 519.502.2719 and I will follow up right away.

Thanks for your understanding,
Heather

Shootin' your own kid

Okay, I have to admit, I'm a total sucker for the kitschy school photos that come out every year. I suppose since my parents featured/humiliated my brother, sister and I by hanging an 8x10 from each school year in a row ALL the way across our family room wall for ours friends to see (laugh at),it is just ingrained into my sense of tradition.

Since my daughter is in SK and my son is in pre-school, my daughter gets photos, my son doesn't. This past Saturday, my husband brought wee Mr. Sam into the Boulevard Studio http://www.boulevardphotography.com/ for a quickie photoshoot. First of all, he had convinced his dad to put a full bottle of gel in his hair and then...well, take a look for yourself, this is my Sam in all his glory!

Tank! at the new studio!!

Well, my new studio, Boulevard Photography and Fine Things, is off to a flying start!!!! We've had such a wide range of interesting photo shoots, from pet portraits, to fashion shoots to product shoots. There is no way we'll be able to keep up with production and blog about everything so we'll pop on and give you a bit of a highlight every now and then.
This is Tank, he goes to work everyday with his owners, the brothers from the barber shop two doors down from the studio. Michael and Dominic were shocked to here we'd photograph their dog for them and even more surprised when Tank acted like a perfect gentleman.
If you are interested in having your pet photographed, give us a call and we'll be sure to find space for him, her or it!
