It's not the best photo but she is the best mom. This image shows what she did and still does best...she gets down with you and is present in your life (kids, grandkids, friends, employees, strangers...she'll be your mom too if you need her and I'm happy to share). I could write for 14 hours about handmade costumes, Brownie camps and hysterical phone calls at midnight (where only she would know what to say)... but what it all really comes down to is that I've always had a good mother, a mother who was and is present in my life.
I'm really some big kind of lucky.
