Yann Martel & Alice Kuipers: cover shoot

Recently, I was invited into the home of writers Yann Martel and Alice Kuipers.  It wasn't the first time.  A couple of years ago I took a writing course by Ali and it culminated in a talk given by Yann in their home.  To this day, I still quote bits of wisdom I learned from each of them.  When Fine Lifestyles Magazine decided to run a cover story of the recent success of "The Life of Pi" feature film based on the novel by Yann Martel (and on his and Ali's lives in Saskatoon) I was thrilled accept.  You can see the whole issue and read the story here : magazine.
